Tell us which Romanian company you need or want to sell and which services go with it. If you chose one from the ready-made companies on our list, the form fills in its reference. We reply by email or phone.
- We ask for no documents at this stage
- Sending the form costs nothing
- We agree terms in writing first
This form takes no documents. We ask for them later, through a protected link.

You and our team
Send the request
Fill in the four blocks below: who you are, the company, the services and your timing. You upload no files and pay nothing.
We review and reply
The team reads the request and replies by email or phone, as you chose. We confirm anything we agree in writing before we take any step.
Documents and start
After that first contact we ask for documents through a protected link, and the work starts. For a purchase, see how the transfer of SRL shares runs.
Your request
Four short blocks. Fields marked required are the minimum we need to reply.
What we will need from you
No document goes through this page. The file needs the items below, so you know what to expect.
| Party or item | What the file needs | Basis |
|---|---|---|
| Individual buyer or seller | A copy of an identity document | The registrar checks the data in the identity documents (art. 30(b) and 105(2)-(3) Law 265/2022, 2022 text) |
| Company party registered abroad | Its official documents in the original, with an apostille or superlegalisation unless a treaty or EU rule removes the formality, and always with a legalised Romanian translation | Art. 76 Law 265/2022, 2022 text |
| Beneficial owners | For each beneficial owner, the identity and how control is exercised | The legal representative declares them on their own responsibility at incorporation and within 15 days of a change (art. 56(1), (3) and (4) Law 129/2019) |
| Payment account | Details of the company's payment account in Romania, if it already has one | Every legal person holds a payment account in Romania from 1 January 2026; a newly formed one opens it within 60 working days of formation (art. 1(1^2)-(1^3) Law 70/2015, inserted by Law 239/2025) |
| The transfer file | Not requested here. After first contact we prepare it with you: the deed, drafted by a Bar-registered lawyer; the ANAF notice, filed by the company, the seller or the buyer; the ONRC filing | Art. 3(1)(c) Law 51/1995; art. V Law 239/2025, widened to every SRL member by OUG 13/2026 |
Privacy and security
This form takes your contact details, an outline of the company and the services you tick. It takes no documents and no card details. Your request reaches the team by email. The team replies to the address or number you gave.
The form has a check against automated sending and a limit on how many requests one connection can send. As the Privacy policy describes, the request also carries the context of your visit. That includes your browser, language, approximate location and the page you came from. The policy also states how long details are kept.
Frequently asked questions before you send
Do I need to send documents now?
No. The form asks only what the team needs to reply: who you are, the company and the services. We ask for documents after first contact, through a protected link. When we need an identity document, it is because the registrar checks the data in it (art. 30(b) Law 265/2022, 2022 text).
Does sending the form commit me to a purchase?
No. Sending the form starts a conversation. It pays nothing and commits you to nothing: not to buy, not to sell, not to order a service. We confirm whatever we agree afterwards in writing before we take any step, so you read the terms first.
Will the company have an administrator from you?
No. We do not act as an administrator or a shareholder for anyone, and we do not supply either. The company names its own administrator, not us. The form asks only whether the company will have a director resident in Romania: yes, no or undecided.
Who keeps the books and files the tax returns?
Not us. The company's own accounting staff keep the books, or a CECCAR member does under a contract (art. 10(2)-(3) Law 82/1991). A CECCAR member is a professional accountant registered with the accountants' body. We do not keep books, prepare payroll, file tax returns or give tax advice, so the form has no field for those services.
